SCOTCH EGGS - ingredients2 cups of flour
3 teaspoon sugar
1½ teaspoon of baking powder
Boiled egg (s)
½ teaspoon of salt
3 teaspoon of butter
1½ litre of groundnut oil
METHODMix the flour together with the other ingredients except egg. Peel the egg, spread the pastry on a flat surface and roll it 'round the egg. Each egg for each roll, then fry in a hot oil.
